Yes: A routine chest x-ray has a very small radiation dose, the x-ray beam can be limited to just the area of the chest (collimated) to further minimize dose. Your abdominal region would be further covered with leaded shields so that only an extremely tiny dose could reach the uterus. Any risk would be difficult to quantify. I trust there is a good reason for the chest x-ray?
