Consult urologist: See my previous advice regarding to you regarding hydroceles.. Peyronie's disease is unusual in virginal males unless they repearedly precticed vigorous masturbation. Verapamil injections into peyronie's plaques have had a reasonable success rate regarding pain, discomfort & degree of curvature. Others have had success with xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum). Potaba is probably a waste of time. Good luck on all counts.
