Pain behind eye: Any cases of severe pain should be evaluated. Possible causes include cluster headache, which is often one-sided around the eye and happen in a cluster like yours. Orbital inflammation or infection, sinus infection, eye inflammation (iritis), increased eye pressure and many more conditions are possible causes. Please get medical attention to establish a diagnosis.
