Ketoconazole: Ketoconazole cream is an antifungal agent that works against yeast. Clobetasol is a strong steroid that will supress inflammation and make it seem better but it will not kill the yeast, just hide it. Also clobetasol is extremely strong for the penis. It will cause skin atropy.
