Joint Hypermobility: There is an association of mechanical spine/pelvic injuries, Joint Hypermobility Syndrome, obesity, musculoskeletal deconditioning, and femaleness with fibromyalgia. Theories of central sensitization are absent definitive proof. No one has convincingly ruled out ongoing intense widespread peripheral pain generation. See osteopath for in-depth musculoskeletal evaluation. Consult a Rheumatologist.
