Probably: If you had a repeat sono at the same place, with the same equipment and there has been no evidence of any growth of the fetus after 5 days then odds are that the fetus has already expired. Did they do a vaginal scan? Was there fetal heart activity? (not always seen at 6 weeks but usually 5 days later.) why did they repeat the sono so soon after the first one?

Probably not: The rate of growth measured by the ultrasound in early pregnancy is often difficult to determine. If there is no bleeding and cramping at this stage of your pregnancy it is unlikely you are losing the baby.
