Proteinuria: The answer is in the biopsy result. Some forms of kidney disease respond to steriods and others do not. After 2 months of steroids, it is unlikely that your high urine protein will go away. My suggestion is that you meet with the doctor who did the biopsy and get as much information as you can on what is causing the problem. Then, with your doctor, decide on the best course of action.
