To be expected: Zoladex (goserelin) (with a d) is supposed to stop ones period as it has for you. It is a gonadotropin hormone releasing agonist. This means that it acts like the natural hormone in the brain that promotes the process of ovulation by releasing other hormones form the brain to effect your menstrual cycle. When given at these greater than normal levels the ovulation process stops and thus no period.
