See below. : 10 month old babies do not have well developed sinuses so it is more likely to be an upper respiratory infection not involving the sinuses. The best thing to start with is copious saline irrigation of the nose. If the discharge remains thick and yellow for more than 10 days or starts to develop fevers you should see your pediatrician.
