Side effects: The common side effects of Lorazepam are sedation, dizziness, weakness, and headache. Nausea and vomiting are reported along with 83 other side effects for which the incidence is not known. A side effect can occur at any time while taking a medication. Have you had changes in health, routine, or other medications which you take?

Uncommon: reaction. Many medications may cause nausea for unknown reasons. However, lorazepam is unlikely to do so. Therefore something else may be going on, such as pregnancy or other "stuff". Check with your doc to be safe.
