May not be lupus: Just because you have lupus does not mean these leg pains are do to lupus . Remember you are a normal person who also has lupus . Thus you need to have your physician look at all kinds of reasons.

You may benefit from reducing substances in your internal and external environment that increase inflammation and immune system stimulation. Avoid all fried foods, all sugars, msg, aspartame, vegetable oils, burnt food nitrates, nitrites, ?Gluten, ? Other foods that you may have unrecognized allergies to, mold. Let food be your medicine.
