Absolutely: One of the ways people get pregnant is using withdrawal method were the male ejaculates outside the vagina and the sperm finds its way inside and up to the uterus. Any contact with sperm around the vagina, sex without condoms and pulling out at the end can get you pregnant. The male also produces sperm in the secretions before coming so thats why ppulling out does not work.

Yes: Presuming you have regular periods you should be fertile at that time. It does not necessarily take a lot of sperm to lead to pregnancy. If any sperm got inside the cervix pregnancy is possible.
