I have hepatitis c diagnosed. my last lab test had a hepatitis a ab reactive. how bad is my case ?

Having HAV ab +: Usually means you have had, as many people have had, hepatitis a in the past. Hcv can be serious, leading to cirrhosis or liver cancer in some people but most people with hcv when they pass on, die with it, not of it.

Can't tell: Your hepatitis a antibody just tell me that you have recovered from or been immunized against hepatitis a in the past. Hepatitis c is serious and i would urge you to seek treatment if you want to lead a long life of good quality. The two infections are unrelated. Good luck.
