I have anxiety. does pain in the different bones likeknee, ribs or arm bone a possibility of breast canceror only anxiety?

Office visit: Breast cancer disseminated to the bones can cause painful spots but this is very unlikely in the absence of a dominant breast mass. You have a right to a good physical exam focused on bones and joints (we want to rule out arthritis and skeletal muscle pain) and imaging studies if there is point tenderness. Good luck.

Bone pain: Do you already have breast cancer? If you have breast cancer then mets to bones are more likely. If you do not have breast cancer diagnosed yet, then other causes are more common (but breast cancer would be in your dictor's differential diagnosis).

History of Breast CA: If you have a history of breast cancer, you should alert your physician as to these signs.
