You can have a doc: Or pharmacist come to your home but probably easier to go to the vaccine rather than the vaccine coming to you.

Home Health Care: If you are home bound and receive home health care, your md can ask your home health care nurse to bring one when she/he visits. If you are not home bound, I do not know of a service that would come to your home. However, many employers offer flu vaccines at the office.
