ENT: The term you refer to is used moreso for xrays, which is not the imaging study of choice for the parotid lesions. You should see your local ENT if possible to evaluate. Most parotid "masses" are benign, but a fine needle aspiration would reveal more about a parotid lesion.

Sailvary Stones : Are the most likely answer but there are other lesions(both benign and malignant) which can have radiopaque aspects of the lesion.(chronic sclerosing sialadenitis (küttner’s tumour) of the parotid gland for example).
