IT DEPENDS: I assume this gallbladder test was ordered due to symptoms consistent with gallbladder pain. If the answer is yes and the ef is only 15% the real question is when are you going to have surgery to remove your gallbladder, not what you are eating that may trigger an attack.

Possibly: Any food can lead to a "gallbladder attack" (aka biliary colic). Commonly, attacks occur due to gallstones. However, some people don't have stones, instead they have a dysfunctional gallbladder (doesn't work right). We call this biliary dyskinesia. Typically we see this more often with fatty meals. If an attack persists it can lead to severe inflammation - called cholecystitis.
