Is there a specific brand of urine dipstick to purchase for uti detection? is one better than another?

Not to my knowledge: Any of the commercially available home UTI test kits have equal specificity and sensitivity. Consider visiting your doctor if the test suggests an infection, or if the results don't confirm your own suspicions, to obtain more accuarate tests and receive proper treatment.
