Definitely unsure.: WBC in the urine could be evident of an infection. Could be an inflammatory issue. Could be nothing. If the analysis showed only WBCs, then a formal urinalysis with microscopy as well as a urine culture should be sent, which would give you much more accurate results than the dipstick.
