Pregnancy date ?: Since ovulation will occur prior to a period, with the information provided, it is not possible to determine the time of conception. With no gestational sac noted on pelvic ultrasound, the positive HCG may also indicate a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). A repeat HCG quantitative test and a followup pelvic ultrasound in 7-10 days may provide answers.
