See below.: The film coated tab is intended to be a once a day medication. It may last up to 4 hours. If you are having trouble with the dose, it can be increased to 20 mg. You should be sure to take it on an empty stomach. If the duration is a problem try switching to tadalafil. It lasts up to 36 hours.
