Levitra (vardenafil) and Cialis: Despite the "wearing off" that you describe for cialis, it has a particularly long half life (compared to viagra) and levels can last in the body for several days. 20 mg of Levitra (vardenafil) is a whopping dose, too. If you must switch, you need to let the Cialis levels reach zero for a few days, and then take a 5 mg levitra (vardenafil). You can always increase its dose if not effective.

Wouldnt recommend: I wouldn't recommend you take these meds together. If one isn't working then wait & try the other a different day. You may want to try the daily Cialis it will be in your system at all times. If still doesn't work- then you still have staxyn or viagra (sildenafil) to try. If still not satisfied then you can be referred to urologist for other options such as penile injections or implantable device.

Erection Meds.: 24 hrs is ok. They work on different mechanisms. Do u really need take something every 24 hrs?. Evaluate one works best aa Cialis is long acting and levitra( brother to viagra) is short acting. Also depends on ur age. Cialis comes in daily dose 5 and2.5 mg to help prostatic problems, again pending age. Doesn't seemdaily dose is great but u didn't give ur age. Best would be Levitra (vardenafil) 1 hr before.
