No: At your age Levitra (vardenafil) may not be needed. It may indicate interrelation problem....lack of physical/psychological attraction between you and partner. You need counselling. Alternately....you have hormonal problem, like low testosteron.

Realize: It may not work exactly the same all the time, as there many factors that can influence the infectiveness of a medication like this. You should review this with your doctor to make sure nothing more concerning is involving. But you shouldn't increase the dose to 40mg; if 20 mg isn't working then you need to review continued use of this medication.
