Saline : Try the the simple things first. Start with nasal sinus irrigation twice a day(a saline flush available over the counter) also try Mucinex (guaifenesin) dm which will loosen the phleghm and help with the cough. You can also add an over the counter antihistamine like claritin. If these don't work then you will need to be seen.
