Stuffy nose: Stuffy nose, runny nose and sore throat are signs and symptoms of rhinopharyngitis, either due to a viral infection, a cold or an allergy flare up. Cold symptoms should not last more than 2 weeks. Allergies tend to last longer and recur often either seasonal or all year round. You can try first with otc cold/sinus medications. Go see a doctor if symptoms persist.
