If you think : You might have mh, you should go to the er immediately for evaluation. Mh is a complex disease that presents with fever, muscle rigidity, hypertension, tachycardia, hypercarbia, and tachypnea. Nsaids and tylenol (acetaminophen) are both fever reducers.

MH: Malignant hyperthermia is a condition which can be triggered by anesthetic gases, succinylcholine and a few other compounds, rarely by stress. If you have family history and were exposed to anesthesia within last 24 hours you can be at risk. Otherwise it is very unlikely. Google malignant hyperthermia help line. They will guide you further.
