Not HIV: Test results are far more reliable than symptoms in judging new HIV infections, and this pattern of possible lymph node inflammation symptoms doesn't fit HIV. See your doctor if your symptoms continue or you are otherwise concerned, but you can be sure HIV is not the cause.
