most likely: Most likely lymph node enlargement or viral infection. However, such lymph node swelling should be evaluated in person by a physician to determine whether further testing for diseses, such as lymphoma, are needed. I would recommend seeing a primary provider for evaluation.

seek evaluation: Well, i certainly feel a medical exam is in order. Your doctor or provider will ask other questions concerning weight loss, fatigue or malaise, and night sweats. Groin and armpit lumps could be swollen lymph nodes, which could be indicative of a systemic disease process. Call your doctor for an appointment. Good luck.
