Neck : May need a neck workup as sometimes pinched nerves can cause those symptoms.

Arm pain: Pain as you have described could be caused by any number of things, such as rotator cuff tendonitis, cardiac pathology, chest pathology (such as the lungs), scapulothoracic pathology, a pinched nerve in the neck, etc. For pain that has persisted for 2 months i would certainly recommend seeing a physician.
