Since using it: And moving it is pretty important and you plan to do that again, i would see an orthopedist as a couple of months is sufficient time for something to heal. It might be more serious and you would not want to create a worse injury.

Sounds like TE: This sounds like a tendonitis attachment syndrome, similar to "tennis elbow". Careful eccentric resistance exercise can help heal this up. See your doctor, for a referral to a physical therapy specialist who can help you with this.
