Yes: Drinking alot of alcohol can cause an inflammation and even a bleed in the stomach. The stomach acid turns the blood black and can darken the color of the stool as it moves along the entire digestive tract. The stool can be tested for blood the next time you see such a stool. I dont think it was the oreos.
