Since last 3 weeks i have been having mild radiating chest pain in the upper back and arm. all heart diagnostic tests have been normal. advise.?

Continue workup: I trust a dissection / tearing of the aortic root / thoracic aorta has been ruled out; this would seldom be mild or last three weeks. This is probably musculoskeletal pain of some sort but to make the call for certain would be up to your personal physician. Good luck.

Chest pain: It is possible to have negative tests and still disease but probability not high. Would discuss with dr., more history and physical and details needed to advise meaningfully.
