No clue: There is nothing about stopping smoking that should result in elevated temperature? Do you really have a fever? I mean, have you taken your temperature, and if so, how high is it? Or do you just feel warm. Smoking cessation can cause hot/cold feelings, just as stopping many other drugs (alcohol, narcotics) can. If your temperature is really elevated, you need to see your doctor.
