Very little: If you do indeed have parkinson's, the best approach is to start with Dopamine agonist meds, and later l-dopa. Co-q-10 has been tried and may be minimally helpful, but consensus suggests, not of much value. So, forget alternative meds and see a movement disorder neurologist and get treated.
