Grief work: The process mourning and the grief experience are normal , however it is hard to tell when one crosses the threshold and may benefit from help. A professional can evaluate you and decide whether grief work ( psychotherapy used in this situation ) may be of help or not. Sometimes , clinical depression can complicate grief and medication treatment may be indicated then.

Grief: I'm so sorry you lost your dad. Grief is a normal part of life, but it is important to seek out others to help you with it. It's hard to get through the loss of a loved one alone. I would suggest finding a grief support group. You can do this through hospitals, psychotherapy groups, hospice organizations and religious communities. Do it sooner rather than later. All the best.
