Get checked again: They may need to change antibiotic, or use IV antibiotic, but you should take infections seriously, seek immediate attention if not improving or getting worse.

Sensitivity: There are antibiotics that still work on mrsa, his doctor should look at the sensitivity pattern of the MRSA and use the most appropriate one to treat him, also there newer antibiotics that work very well on mrsa.
