I have been having substernal chest pain for the past 3 days. i have no other symptoms except for tightness and pain in my chest. help please?

Go To ED : Those symptoms are the concerning for acute coronary syndrome. It would help to risk stratify based on your age, family hx, smoking status, hx of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes or previously DX artery dz. With the information given, however, i can only assume you are high risk. If not acs, this may be onset angina pectoris, gastroesophageal reflux, gastritis or esophagitis.
