Diet and exercise: Back pain in pregnancy is common. Keep your weight gain under control. Eat very healthy and sensibly. Pregnancy yoga classes or pregnancy Pilates classes or simply staying active can really help with back pain. Women who begin their pregnancy at their ideal weight and who exercise regularly before pregnancy have less back pain.

Exercise: Core strengthening (abdominal exercises) and stretching and avoid lifting heavy objects. Avoid excessive weight gain. If you stand a lot make sure that you wear shoes with support.

Thanks for asking!: I agree plus u can take bed rest 15 minutes twice during day -like every 5-6 hours of routine work . U can't do strenious exercises after u r pregnant. As there will be a weight in front- stretching back muscles-spasm is natural local balm-analgesics can give comfort
