No: I am sorry to hear about your complicated history. Having two molar pregnancies is difficult. As far as i know there is no way to prevent a molar pregnancy. I will say however that your chances of having a normal baby are still good.

Molar pregnancy: No, at your age there is ~ 40-50% chance of another molar pregnancy.
