Lightheadedness: Can be caused by suddenly standing up from a lying down position. The sudden drop of blood pressure can also give this feeling. It can also happen in case of vertigo or ear infection...If it is recurring, see your doctor.

See your doctor: This sounds like autonomic dysfunction, which can be caused by several different conditions, and can result in fainting or various neurological symptoms. It can happen for no apparent reason, but there may a also be a serious underlying disorder.
