Your symptoms: are what are called "non-specific"..that is they do NOT represent a "disease" Anxiety may be an important factor! FIRST get a check up! ...make sure there is nothing "physically" wrong with you .. THEN some anti-anxiety medication (TEMPORARILY) or a visit to a mental health Professional may be indicated! Could be Menopause: Women experience all types of unusual symptoms during menopause and/or the perimenopausal phase which occurs prior to menopause. Although 44 is a little young for menopause, if your periods have been irregular or absent, then I suspect that my be the cause of this unusual symptom. Consider having an FSH level checked, an elevated FSH is consistent with menopause.
