Hmm..: It may vary in how it "feels". It might have no particular feel at all. It may be considered visually enlarged, enlarged by ultrasonographic measures, or physically enlarged causing compressive symptoms in your neck. If it has nodules, the nodules should be evaluated. If it it causing compressive symptoms, a surgical consultation may be warranted.
