I have had pnemonia twice in my early life and have been diagnosed with mild right basilar atelectasis. what can i do to strengthen my lungs? m

Active lifestyle: I would consider an evaluation of your immune system if the two prior pneumonias were significant (ie hospitalized or required IV antibiotics), or if you have had other infections. Consider an evaluation of your lungs, as there may be a structural abnormality which is contributing to your lung issues. An active lifestyle will help prevent atelectasis.
