I had a cta chest scan done in the er and it said left base atelectasis is noted. can this be treated? i had pneumonia in november?

If there are no symptoms, non smoker, may be followed. Please provide additional information. With acute symptoms, concern for PE, an EKG 12 lead, D Dimer, O2 sat and symptoms should be evaluated. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and lower extremity swelling.
