Hi, i feel itch on my skin especially face anc chest and observing as some block dots are on my face, neck and chest . please give me the remedy....?

Need more info: Itching is a very common complaint and is seen with many skin conditions. I'm not sure about the black dots. These could be tiny broken blood vessels like petechiae, or crusts (scabs). I think seeing a dermatologist will be critical in order to get a diagnosis and a treatment plan. In the meantime, i would use a gentle moisturizer to the areas twice daily and avoid scratching.
