I was toll my fallopian tube fingers wasnt workin and partialy block what can i do to solve this problem?

Surgery: There is a procedure called a neo-salpingostomy that can open up the tubes. Some gynecologists will do this using laparoscopy. Unfortunately, the tubes develop scar tissue even after the surgery and there will be a risk of ectopic, or tubal pregnancy.
