Zoloft (sertraline): Zoloft is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor ("ssri"). It is significantly less likely to cause drug-drug interactions that Prozac and Paxil (paroxetine) - the "2 p's." one overlooked feature is that it also boosts Dopamine via Dopamine reuptake pump inhibition - 1/3rd as much as amphetamine and about the same as ritalin.
