Useful: A minor amphetamine, which has been used to treat sleep disorders such as narcolepsy, but also, can improve daytime hypersomnia of any etiology. Does help some with fatigue, may be a useful adjuvant for depression, and poor attention such as adhd, and even seems to help speech rehab after a stroke. Does have rapid development of tolerance.
