Check blood pressure: Check your blood pressure - can be the cause of headache. If your systolic blood pressure(top number) high use magnesium supplements upto 400mg twice daily or 800mg at night. If diastolic (bottom number) high use shittake mushroom supplements 500mg twice daily.

Many reasons: Headaches could be coming from tension, eye strain, tooth grinding, dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, sleep apnea/snoring, or chronic sinus problems.
