Tongue condition: Make sure you brush your tongue thoroughly when you floss and brush your teeth at night. Some foods and drink can coat the tongue with colored debris which can make it look and smell unpleasant. You may want to start by seeing your dentist for a thorough cleaning and dental check-up.

Bad taste, Tongue: It's best to always brush tongue. I recommend to my patients to have another brush or a tongue scraper for their tongue. It is also a good idea to dip the brush or scarper in some sort of mouth wash while you are cleaning the tongue. A visit to dentist is also a great idea to make sure all is fine.

Brush: It's good practice to brush your tongue as well as teeth. Do this at night and there should be improvement. Mouth rinsing may help as well. If the improved oral hygiene does not improve the appearance and feeling, get a dental evaluation for more information.
